Neurocrine is dedicated to furthering the goals of various professional, charitable, educational, and patient-focused organizations. In accordance with applicable laws and industry codes of conduct, Neurocrine provides funding and support in the form of sponsorships, charitable contributions, independent medical education (IME), and fellowship grants.

Letter of Request on the requesting organization’s letterhead specifying:
- The amount of funds being requested
- The recipient of the funds (eg, conference secretariat, if applicable)
- How the funds will be used, along with a general expense breakdown

Detailed description of project or program for which the support is being requested (eg, rotation/curriculum information, scientific program/topics, faculty list, selection process)
- Copy of the W-9 form for the recipient of the funds
Evaluation Criteria

Fellowship funding requests will be considered primarily from Medical Schools, Academic Medical Centers or Teaching Hospitals

The request must be unsolicited and submitted by a qualified US-based academic and accredited medical institution only

Fellowship funding from NBI will be paid directly to the Fellow’s Institution and would not be given directly to individual fellows

Organization must independently select the eligible candidate without Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. influence

Fellowships may not be used to pay for operating expenses

The program must aim at building the clinical and research skills of the fellow and may provide training using multi-disciplinary teams
